1. Travel Consultant (Advanced English Required)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Making basic amendments, requests, cancellations & queries and other FAQs via phone and/or chat support.

Deliver product knowledge (air, accommodation, tours, cruises, rail) with expertise and support to our overseas-based Travel Consultant.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Highly proficient in written and spoken English a must.
• Candidates must possess min. D3.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience; preferably in Airline or Travel industry in product sales/consultant.
• Flexible schedules are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
