  1. Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Monitoring salary structure and benefit at all times
  • Manage medical reimburse
  • Handle BPJS report montly and other related process (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Monitoring HR daily administration (Absent, overtime, schedule)

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Female, Max. 26 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Advance skill in Ms. Office function.
  • Detail, steadiness, and having good analytical thinking.
