1. Data Scientist

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Have 3 years hands-on experience in the exploitation of data and the use of advanced statistical and modeling techniques to
• understand and improve business performance in at least one major industry vertical;
• Be a clear, confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent presentation skills and with the ability to structure a coherent, logical argument and the confidence to defend assumptions, projections and recommendations;
• Demonstrate a keen interest in, and fair understanding of, big data technology and the business trends that are driving the adoption of this technology;
• Be proficient in the use of both written and spoken business English;
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize between competing opportunities;
• Have a background in business and/or technology consulting;
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence;
• Capable to build robust end-to-end predictive models using the latest Machine Learning techniques and methodologies;

2. UI Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

3. UX Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Min 2 – 3 years experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Proficient in design software (e.g. : InVision, Axure, etc.)
• Proficient in design project
• Having knowledge in C/C++, Java, Phyton, is a plus
• Excellence in analytical thinking, and data analyze
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Having knowledge about future business and trend

4. Flow Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Proven work experience as a Workflow Designer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
• Having relevant work experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
• Expertise in navigating through the layers of the Data Warehouse from the Integration layer all the way through the SQL optimization engine
• In-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R)
• Proven analytical skills and great problem-solving attitude

5. Microapps/Microservices Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems
• Led software development work streams inside larger projects
• Proficiency developing in multiple languages – Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C# and Go
• Experience developing with microservices, serverless Functions, API Gateways, NoSQL, queues and more.
• Automated test-driven approaches to software development
• Experience of working in SCM and CI/CD-based environments
• AWS associate developer or solutions architect certification
• Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

6. Database Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 40 years old
• Experienced in developing database solutions (SQL Server, or other)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases, ETL processes, replication, cloud database services and shell scripting on
• Linux and other modern technology platforms
• Experienced architecting and developing database schemas and stored procedures
• Comfortable creating highly scalable systems and frameworks
• Possess strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

7. Scrum Master

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying
• Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g.: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
